If any item received from Premier Textile, Inc. does not meet your expectations, kindly contact us for assistance with a replacement or refund.

If the product is determined to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Premier Textile, Inc. will replace the product or refund your purchase.

Kindly note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed through the marketplace’s payment system (or banking system) as we are not processing refund payments directly.

Please note that Expedited Shipping is nonrefundable.



• You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your product must be in the original packaging.

• Your product needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.



To return the item, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours to provide further instructions.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it has been shipped to us and cannot guarantee safe delivery. If you are shipping an item over $75 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.



We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

In case of a refund, your purchase will be refunded to the original method of payment within 1-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
